Booths are reserved by 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organizations on a First-Come/First-Served snail mail basis.

However, we DO NOT snail mail out registration packets any more. Booth Application Form and supporting documents all are available on the web.

Applications for Bazaar Booths will open around the beginning of October. We will notify everyone BY BULK EMAIL when we are going to START ACCEPTING Booth Applications and the link to this year's Application Form.

EMAIL is the ONLY way that Vendors will be notified. When Booth Sales open, we will email to all Vendors an Announcement and a link to this year's Booth Application website.

This is going to make it super easy to sign up for a booth. All of the instructions, a printer-friendly flyer, a 'seating chart', and sign-up form will be at that site. Fill out the form, print it out and mail it with your check to the address on the form.
